With more than 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity, he has originated, executed, and managed billions of reais in private investments. He previously served as General Manager at Uber and CEO at Holu Energia, and was also part of the Private Equity team at BRZ Investimentos, in addition to serving on the boards of several companies.

With more than 24 years of experience in capital markets and real estate, he has served as Head of some of Brazil’s largest real estate investment funds (FIIs) and has executed and managed billions of reais in real estate transactions. He previously worked as Head of Latin America at Ivanhoé Cambridge (a CDPQ® company), was a Partner at BTG Pactual, and served as an Executive Director at Brazilian Capital.

With over 18 years of experience in risk management and compliance, he has served as Risk and Internal Controls Manager at Canvas Capital. Previously, he worked as a risk specialist at Itaú Unibanco and FRAM Capital.

Bruno Franco was a partner at BTG Pactual, where he spent 18 years and served as an infrastructure fund manager, with a particular focus on the energy sector. He was directly involved in the sourcing, negotiation, structuring, monitoring, and divestment of assets, and also served as a Board Member of several portfolio companies in the power generation and transmission sectors. He was responsible for the development and management of funds and assets across Latin America, with a particular emphasis on Latin America Power, where he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bruno holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

With over 16 years of experience in capital markets, he has participated in more than 50 IPOs and follow-on offerings during 12 years in Equity Research at Itaú BBA, where he covered the Real Estate and Technology sectors. Previously, he worked in venture capital and management consulting.

With over 23 years of experience in investment management, she served as a partner and strategy portfolio manager at the Focus Invest family office. Previous experience includes roles in the private banking segment at Unibanco and in equity fund management at the former BV Asset.

With over 20 years of experience in People & Culture, he has worked in people management, HR business partnering, and compensation within the financial sector. He has led cultural transformation initiatives at Banco BV and Crefisa, and previously held positions at Amil and Volkswagen do Brasil, with a focus on short- and long-term compensation strategies.

With over 17 years of experience in Legal and Compliance, he has a background in law firms working in M&A, capital markets, and tax matters. In 2013, he transitioned to the financial market, with experience at Squadra Investimentos, MAF, and VELT Partners.

With over 22 years of experience in the financial market and credit, he began his career at AIG in 2004, later working at Itaú Unibanco (2005–2008) and Banco Fator in equity research. In 2012, he transitioned to credit at Banco BV, where he served as Vice President. Since 2023, he has been Head of Private Credit at Tivio Capital.
